NSA Rules/FAQs

Games Rules

1.Keep caps to a minimum. (Mute, Boot, Ban)

2. No telling jutsu's or seals over ooc. (Mute, Boot, IP Ban)

3. No Advertising. (Mute,Boot,Ban)

4. No Selling implants for money. (Temp Ban)

5. No Spamming Jutsu unless your training, this is the only exception. (Boot,Character Rest)

6. No Spamming of any kind. (Perm Ban)

7. Respect your fellow players. (Boot, Ban)

8. No Racial slurs of any kind. (Banned on spot)

9. No Herassing people for Jutsu Seals, or for them to show you jutsu. (Mute,Boot,Ban)

10. Keep Profanity at a minimum. (Mute,Boot,Ban)

11. Respect all of the Gms and Admins. (Mute,Boot,Ban)

12. No Spawn Killing (Boot, Ban)

13. No Asking for GM/Admin. (Mute, Boot, Ban)

14. Don't beg to fight a Kage for his position, you must wait 24 hours from the last battle the Kage had. (Mute, Boot, Ban)

15. No killing players in training area. (Boot, Ban)

16. No using jutsu or attacking the logs in anyway. (Boot, Ban)

GM/Admin Rules


1. Respect the Players. (Loss of powers)

2. Respect your fellow gms/admins. (Loss of Powers)

3. Don't abuse your powers. (Loss of Powers)

4. No Giving players special items/ Ex. Clothing, Weapons. (Loss Of Powers)

5. No Teleporting players to places. (Loss of Powers)

6. No Asking for promotions. (Lose of Current powers)

7. Help the players, Don't be lazy. (Suspension of Powers)


Kage Rules

1. No Kage is to be online for more then 24 hours. (Stripped of Kage)

2. No killing your village members, unless you have a reason to do so. (Stripped Of Kage)

3. No hosting a Chunnin exam unless given permission by an Admin. (Stripped Of Kage)

4. No Promoting/Demotion other villagers outside of your own village, unless told otherwise by an admin. (Stripped of Kage)

5. Only 1 Chuunin per day aloud, No more No less. (Stripped Of Powers)




FAQs


Question: Can I be a GM?
Answer: No, we currently full on Admin/Gm spots, simply submit your application on the forums and If we need GMs/Admins we will contact you.

Question: How do I know what Seals are what?
Answer: Go to the Help Guide, and It gives you all you need.

Question: How Do I execute Jutsu?
Answer: Simply put in the nessessary hand seals and hit space.

Question: Can a Gm Teleport me somewhere?
Answer: No, you are perfectly capable of doing it yourself, It is against the rules for GMs to teleport anyone.

Question: Can I have Kage?
Answer: No, you cannot have it, You have to earn it in a tournament.

Question: Can I have some money?
Answer: It's not against the rules to ask, but I encourage everyone to get money on their own without asking for hand outs.

Question: How Do I train?
Answer: Simply Hit the logs, or walk on water, or use the dirt mounds, or push boulders, if you have any specific questions refer to the Help Guide.
